The Clear Ice Maker (Subscription - All Subsequent Payments)

I've been on a search for at least four or five years for a way to create crystal clear ice for cocktails at home. I've watched countless hours of YouTube videos and have spent hundreds on different molds and clear ice devices. I've only had limited results with all of those devices, and it always left me looking for something better. In fact, I was seriously considering a $6K commercial machine that I had no idea where I was going to put it. Then thankfully, I ran across an ad for Klaris on Instagram and did some research on the Klaris device. It seemed that the reviews were absolutely outstanding and after a couple months of debating the purchase I finally pulled the trigger when seeing a sale advertised. I've now run about 4 cycles of ice in the Klaris with distilled water and every batch has turned out absolutely perfect. I have absolutely loved pouring my finest bourbons and tequilas on these tempered cubes and gazing into the warm honey colors of the bourbon and having the best Blanco tequilas simply disappear. Much to my delight (and my wife's) the machine is actually smaller than it seemed in the photos. The batches have taken right at 12 hours for me, and I've certainly taken advantage of the delayed start to make sure they are ready when I'm ready to use a fresh one or put some away in the freezer for storage.
