Refund policy

A product may be returned for a refund within 45 days of receiving the order. To start a return, please contact us at info@craftklaris.com and provide your order number and reason for return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an authorization from Klaris will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for associated return costs. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

A refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) only applies if the following criteria are met:

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included and received in the same condition as when received.
  • The return must be initiated within 45 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 60 days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase from our site and return authorization from Klaris customer support is required for all returns.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of arrival to Klaris facilities. The refund credit may take several days to be visible on your account. Please contact info@craftklaris.com if the refund does not appear after one billing cycle.

Damages and issues
If an item is damaged during transport or if you received a faulty unit, please contact us at info@craftklaris.com within 30 days of delivery for information about an exchange. You can review the warranty policy for more details.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
