Shipping policy
We will always do our best to process and ship an order within 48 business hours according to the selected shipping method. Order volume and holidays may impact the amount of time it takes to process an order. Once an order is placed it is not always possible to cancel the order or stop shipment. If you need to cancel or amend an order that has already been placed please contact us via email at info@craftklaris.com.
Klaris currently offers shipping via UPS. Due to high volumes, carrier delays are possible and shipping times are not guaranteed. It is recommended to place your order as soon as possible to avoid late arrivals. For each order, tracking information is automatically sent to the email on file. If tracking info is not received, please check your spam before reaching out to customer support.
Promotional Free Shipping - Any promotional free shipping is subject to orders for the continental US only.
Expedited Shipping - Expedited orders received after 11:00 am CST (M-F) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
